  • What does the recruitment process look like?
    Below, you will find the basic stages of the recruitment process. Please note that there may be slight differences, but generally speaking, here's what's going to happen: Send your application Apply with your CV through our careers page. If your application meets our requirements, you’ll be invited to the next stage. The interview process After we have approved your application, we send interview invitations to candidates. The interview is either conducted online via Zoom by a member from the Recruitment Team or in person in the form of an Assessment center. This part of the recruitment process will focus more on your suitability for the role - your experience, skills, and attitude, as well as your motivation and aspirations. What we care about most is simply to get to know you better, and thus we would appreciate your honesty & openness. The final meeting During the final meeting, you will have a chance to meet your potential team leader. We will delve deeper into the answers from the previous stages and focus on your career goals, experience, and motivation. We will provide you the space to clarify any doubts or questions that you may have. Job offer If everything goes well at each of these steps - you’ll find a job offer in your mailbox very soon.
  • What are the possible forms of cooperation with Advance?
    It depends – We offer permanent contracts of employment or full time sub-contractor options. Both of these avenues will be discussed in more detail through the interview process, upon a successful application, you will be given the chance to make an informed decision about what avenue you would like to go down.
  • I went through the recruitment process and joined Advance - what’s next?
    Once you accept our offer, the Recruitment team will take care of your onboarding process. Prior to starting, you will receive additional info from one our trainee sales partners who will be responsible for your training and development. Before your first day, we will also send you an email to introduce you to your team, as well as your onboarding schedule. Everything to make sure that you can start your first day fully prepared :) During the first day of onboarding, you will meet your mentor as well as your team leader in the morning for a company expectations meeting. Throughout the morning, you will meet other members of the team and have an insight into the foundations and fundamentals of our industry. One of the training and hiring managers will discuss further our culture, benefits, and development opportunities, alongside Advance’s values and plans for the future. Before heading home, you will complete all relevant client specific paperwork with a member of our compliance team.
  • How do you care for the self-development of members of the team?
    At Advance, we address development in quite complex ways - we want team members to evolve by fulfilling their day-to-day duties and tasks and using additional resources and activities. You can rely on the regular support of your team leader with whom you establish your development goals to combine your individual ambitions with Advance’s growth and objectives. As Advance co-operates with dozens of clients, including other sales organisations, you will have a chance to work with different specialists from different areas of expertise. You can also participate in internal projects and workshops driven by the the trainee sales partners. The Advance team can participate (as a speaker or an attendee) in internal webinars, conferences, workshops, and other initiatives.
  • What is the career path?
    At Advance, we understand that progression is crucial within a work force. We believe each person working full time at Advance has their own career path - defined and followed with the support of a leader. However our official career paths exists to give people a framework and reference point for their development Phase 1 - Trainee Sales Representative Learning the systems and foundation of sales Phase 2 - Trainee Sales Partner Learning leadership fundamentals Phase 3 - Junior Partner Work side by side with a partner to manage a campaign Phase 4 - Senior Partner Full autonomy over clients and direction *All of the phases above are brief descriptions, the roles and responsibilities will be explained in more detail during the recruitment process*
  • How should I dress for my interview?
    For both virtual and face-to-face interviews, make sure to wear smart business attire.
